Krieghoff International, based in Ottsville, Pennsylvania, is a manufacturer of premium hunting and sporting shotguns with over 100 years in business, known for specialized firearms available in multiple configurations of barrel length, gauge, finish, and grips.
The operational challenge
Krieghoff ran SAP Business One as its master system and WooCommerce as its storefront, but the two were not working together. Master data for its highly configurable shotguns lived in SAP, and every complex product attribute had to be duplicated by hand into WooCommerce. Real inventory levels lived in SAP while the website showed outdated stock, leading to chronic overselling of unavailable items.
