Salesforce → SAP Business One
Apps Required
The workflow is triggered when a new Quotation is created in Salesforce. An initial filter ensures only quotations with an 'Accepted' status are processed.
The workflow searches SAP Business One for a matching quotation using the unique reference (NumAtCard) from Salesforce to prevent duplication.
If the quote is new to SAP, the workflow fetches the complete Account details and all related Product details from Salesforce using the IDs from the quotation.
A new Quotation is created in SAP Business One, mapping all critical data: customer (CardCode), reference number, due date, and all line items with products, quantities, and prices.
