The workflow automatically triggers every 3 minutes to check for any updates to 'Business Partner' records in SAP Business One, ensuring no customer or vendor change is missed.
When a change is detected, the workflow searches Salesforce for an existing Account using the SAP Account Number. If found, it updates the Account; if not, it creates a new one.
If the updated SAP Business Partner contains multiple contact persons, the workflow intelligently splits this information to prepare individual contact records.
For each separated contact, the workflow creates a new Contact in Salesforce and automatically links it to the corresponding Account, maintaining a clear hierarchy.
