The workflow starts when new items are created in Dynamics 365 Business Central, using a scheduled trigger that checks for new records every 3 minutes.
Only items with a type of 'Inventory' or 'Non-Inventory' are passed through. Other item types are skipped.
Zoho CRM is searched using the D365 BC item number as SKU to check if the product already exists in the CRM.
Evaluates whether the product does not exist in Zoho CRM (no product code found) or if the product name has changed compared to the D365 BC display name. If either condition is true, a new product is created.
A new product is created in Zoho CRM with the product name, product code, unit price, inventory quantity, and description from Dynamics 365 Business Central, categorized as 'Consumable'.
