The flow checks Pipedrive for recently updated organizations, ensuring changes are captured quickly without manual intervention.
For each updated organization, the system searches SAP Business One using a generated Business Partner code derived from the Pipedrive organization ID.
The flow evaluates whether the Business Partner already exists in SAP Business One, determining whether to update or create a record.
Before updating, the flow retrieves the correct country mapping from Airtable based on the organization’s country.
The existing SAP Business One Business Partner is updated with the latest organization name and address details from Pipedrive, while also setting synchronization tracking flags.
For new records, the flow first fetches the standardized country code from Airtable to ensure SAP-compatible data. A new Business Partner is created in SAP Business One using organization details such as name and billing address sourced from Pipedrive.
