The workflow continuously monitors Shopify for any changes to customer information—including email, phone number, or address—ensuring no update goes unnoticed.
When an update is detected, the workflow immediately searches SAP Business One to check if a customer with the same email address already exists in the ERP system.
If the customer exists, it automatically updates their record in SAP Business One with the latest information from Shopify. If the customer doesn't exist, it creates a new Business Partner record in SAP Business One using the Shopify customer data.
Whether updated or newly created, the customer information is now perfectly synchronized between Shopify (e-commerce) and SAP Business One (ERP), maintaining data consistency across both platforms.
