Capture New Orders from Shopify
The workflow monitors Shopify every 3 minutes for newly created sales orders, ensuring no online order is missed for backend processing.
Check for Duplicate Orders in SAP
Upon detecting a new order, the workflow searches SAP Business One using the Shopify order identifier (NumAtCard) to verify the order hasn't already been synced.
Retrieve the Associated Customer Record
If the order is new to SAP, the workflow fetches the corresponding Business Partner (customer) record in SAP using the email address from the Shopify order.
Create the Sales Order in SAP Business One
Finally, the workflow creates a complete sales order in SAP Business One, syncing all critical details: order items, quantities, prices, taxes, and shipping information.
